Variable Press Capacity
Quality has vacuum-forming presses ranging from a
2' x 4' bed, to 10' x 20'. Special press design enables us
to produce displays with up to an impressive 6' draw.
Multiple Forming Capabilities
With the variations of presses we have, Quality is able to
produce a variety of products ranging from blow formed domes
and bubble faces to deep draw three dimensional displays.
Variety of Face Styles
Quality uses a wide range of plastics to
accommodate all types of forming and cutout
letter applications. Aluminum routed faces,
letters and logos produced on our up to date CNC routing system.
Flex faces with the latest technology in computer-generated
graphics.
In-house Tooling
Quality’s in-house tooling department enables us to keep
tight controls on the specifications required of the project.
